Soothing Sound Bath Experience by Harmonic Healing with Laura Mae November 8th

🌿✨ Soothing Sound Bath at the Booch Haus on November 8th at 3:00-4:00 pm  ✨🌿

Give yourself permission to slow down.

Join me for an evening of deep relaxation surrounded by the lush greenery and peaceful atmosphere of the Booch Haus. There's something truly grounding about being immersed in living plants. Their quiet presence reminds us to breathe deeply, soften, and simply be.

We'll journey through a restorative sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, and gentle percussion to help calm the nervous system, release stress, and create space for rest and renewal.

Arrive a little early to wander through the beautiful collection of plants, enjoy a kombucha, tea, or matcha, and settle into the space before we begin.

🌱 Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you feel cozy.
💚 No experience necessary. Come as you are.

I can't wait to share this beautiful evening with you.
